" Nothing is possible without men, nothing is lasting without institutions. "

Jean Monnet

Social dynamics the foundation wants to bring is a change project disseminated through peaceful ways respecting sustainable development: viable, livable and equitable; it relies on the respect for human dignity at a local level, not on any form of overhanging authority deriving its power from the granting of subsidies. That is specificity and micro social which must animate, project after project, actors participating in successive challenges the foundation will be entrusted in both human development and heritage!

If we want rurality to evolve on a positive side, we must encourage the expression of a real thought, coordinating the spatial development from its own potential, its economic and human resources! Change is always difficult and must, to be agreed, be articulated with the rest of the local culture, hence, it must be supported by people who want to and become actors (men and women, old and young etc.) with a common and direct interest to succeed.

Transition is a distinct concept of change which establishes the completion of its success; it depends on time which does not respect what we do without it, said Seneca, and the Foundation asserts that “this is time which helps transition to change.” On the other hand, it is the “energy source” of this desire for a project in itself which is fundamental; find and dredge it are prerequisites to any hope of change, the ultimate success of the momentum we want to give back to bleds we have selected.

Modernity in the recent decades, coupled with too much globalization, readily showed concepts such as: interruption of education, life on initial skills, job training, attractiveness of cities and forced displacement, consumption, social promotion! Individual practices to create local activities could create synergies and collective solidarity, supported by people who made a life choice at a specific moment of their life, rather than coming under the surrounding pressure. The local union will be our strength.
