Morocco is democratic and grows: 5% annually, despite the crisis and no hydrocarbon (phosphate, okay!) It has a dual system of elected (parliament, presidents of district) and chosen (ministers, governors) that household balance.
His Majesty King Mohammed VI is committed, before all and recognized as such, to human development with the NIHD, the National Initiative for Human Development, which provides "Public Private Partnerships (PPP)" in all areas.
Morocco thus has a complementary vision, the one specifically identified by NIHD, wishing Human Development in Morocco and access to all Moroccans to services, helping to fight poverty, insecurity, exclusion while respecting human dignity, a core value.
Morocco is at the crossroads of peoples and ideas since its inception; if it has escaped the worst of the economic crisis, it can now, with the social and religious leadership of His Sovereign, proceed by embellishing its heritage and developing men and women who compose it.
